How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
The initial consultation will take place within a day of you contacting the practice, or the most convenient date thereafter. Follow up appointments will be made after you and your physiotherapist agree the goals of the treatment.
Is there a charge for telephone advice?
No it’s free
Will I have to book several sessions if I attend the clinic once?
No a treatment plan will be agreed with each patient which suites their needs.
Can I use my medical insurance to pay for treatments?
Yes you can and we can discuss that with you.
Can I bring a friend?
Every patient has the option to have somebody present with them in the treatment room. If you would like somebody to be present please inform your physiotherapist when you book your appointment.
If you are under the age of 16 it is a requirement for you to have a guardian present.
Are home visits available?
Home visits are available but need to be discussed and arranged on an individual basis.
